Delivery

 UK ORDERS

UK Standard Delivery  typically takes 2-4 working days - £3.95

We also offer a Next Working Day service in the UK  (Working Days Mon - Friday) - £4.95

We only dispatch orders Monday - Friday. We do not dispatch orders Saturday or Sunday. 

Orders received before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. All orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day but we will try our best to dispatch faster. 

Any order received after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched the NEXT WORKING DAY which will be the following Monday (also applies to Next Day Deliveries)

Please note: Postage for a paid Postal Service and other premium rate delivery methods will not be refunded for incorrectly ordered or unwanted products.  (Yodel, DPD, Royal Mail or any tracked service)

For our overseas/international/european customers, shipping is as follows:

Europe:

Fedex (3-6 Working Days from despatch) 

United States of America:

Fedex (5-7 Working Days from despatch) 

Rest of World

Airmail Untracked (7- 14 Working Days)

Airmail Tracked (5-7 Working Days)

LOST ORDERS

If your delivery is late then we need to wait 28 days before we can officaly called the parcel lost. Once the 28 days have passed we will then postage out another parcel for you or indeed refund your money. To make a claim for a lost parcel you have to claim within 2 weeks after the 28 days have passed.
