This product worked well at first, but then made my skin red and burning: Hi Alex - thank you for getting in touch. Sometimes we can see a small amount of redness with some skin types, particularly shortly after introducing the product to your skincare routine. However if the burning sensation is noticeable and continues, we would advise against using the product in this instance. Whilst we have seen incredible results in thousands of cases, every skin is of course different.
How is this very sensitive and combo skin?: Hey Aisha, our formula has been developed specifically to be effective yet kind to skin, whilst all skin is different, we've done our best to create a range that works for all skin types! If you are concerned about sensitive skin, we'd always recommend a patch test!

Is this bar (or any of the Theory products) suitable for 11yr old pre teen skin suffering from spots?: Hey Mary, yes, our range is suitable for ages 11 and up, but as younger skin is more sensitive, we would always recommend doing a patch test before use, and introducing any products gradually to allow time for skin to adjust and adapt.
